Aliante -  Built on 1,905 acres and Nestled among the majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain Range. Amenities include an amphitheater, 20 acre nature discovery park, 18 hole municipal golf course, two traditional parks, linear parks, soccer and ball fields, picnic areas, and arroyo and trail system. It is the first true master planned community located in the Northwest part of the Valley.Three schools are planned for the community of Aliante, two elementary schools and a middle school slated to be built by the Clark County School District within the boundaries of Aliante.

Anthem - Del Webb's Anthem is a master planned community nestled in the Black Mountain Foothills of Henderson . City Views and world-class amenities. Anthem consist of 3 main communities: Coventry Homes at Anthem, Sun City Anthem, a Del Webb retirement community and Anthem Country Club, an exclusive guard gated private golf community. Mountains Edge - Focus Property Group designed this 3,627-acre master planned community in Southwest Las Vegas near Blue Diamond Rd and Buffalo .  Upon completion, there will be an estimated 12,500 residencies from more than 20 builders, 320 acres of open space for parks and recreation, 670 acres of park and trail systems, four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. The first model homes are expected to open early in 2005.
